Take 15 has given me a greater awareness of my actual ‘available’ time.
I had been beating myself up, thinking I wasn’t doing enough; but now, I’m not as hard on myself because I can now see that I’m more productive than I was giving myself credit for.
Last week was a stressful week, I realised, to get through it, I had to give myself space and I needed to be realistic about my expectations.
