I learned time management the hard way … using tools that others said did work, but didn’t work for me. And from there, my search began.

I learned about business when I listened to my staff with compassion and genuinely cared about their goals and what they wanted to achieve. When I cared about them, they cared about our customers and went out of their way to make sure the client experience was a positive and collaborative one.
